- Saved more than Rs. 32 lakhs per annum for CITIGROUP CENTER, Bandra Kurla Complex.
- Saved more than Rs. 30 lakhs per annum for Mahindra Tower, Worli, Mumbai in 2002 to 2003.
- Saved 2,73,142 units ie. Rs. 28 lacs in the last one year on HVAC system at Kalpataru Synergy building opposite hotel Grand Hyatt.
- Carried out Energy Audit for Mahindra Tower Delhi. Projected a saving of almost 14 Lakhs against 84 Lakhs energy bill per annum.
- Carried out power quality and energy audit for HSBC House, HSBC Electronic Data processing India Pvt.Ltd.
- Already saved around 9Lacks units last year and Proposed a saving of Rs 1.5 crore sat WNS BPO, Vikroli, by integrating the chiller plants for their two adjacent sites at Godrej & Boyce compound .

- Carried out energy audit of Aditya Birla Main Datacenter at Mumbai.
